Aidan has led the Neurosolv Therapeutics team to achieve European Medicines Agency Orphan Drug designation and to clinical trial readiness. Relevant pharmaceutical commercial launch experience is combined with business management and development expertise from diverse industries.

Ros Lynch
Ros holds a 1st Class Honours Degree in Business Economics and Social Science from Trinity
College Dublin and is completing a Masters in International Development at the University of
London. He has worked with the United Nations improving global disability inclusion.
Ros is a well-practiced user of the world's leading spinal rehab technologies and therapies, with a deep knowledge of the practicalities of treatment delivery as an experienced clinical trial participant.

Jessica Kwok
Dr. Kwok is Associate Professor of Neuroscience at University of Leeds and is Visiting Scientist
at the Czech Academy of Sciences. Jessica holds a BSc and PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Hong Kong, Post Doctoral Scientist at Cambridge University.
Jessica’s peer-reviewed publications have led to the current widely accepted concept that perineuronal nets are crucial in controlling central nervous system plasticity.

Steve Pinder
Steve qualified in biochemistry before completing a Ph.D. and post-doctoral work in molecular genetics.
Steve's regulatory expertise is focused on the development planning and elaboration of regulatory strategy in the clinical arena.

Jennifer Deaderick
Jennifer has a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Columbia University & Bachelor of Arts in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University, certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association for Board Certification in Physical Rehabilitation and is a U.S. and U.K. Licensed Occupational Therapist.
Jenifer also has extensive working knowledge of neurological rehabilitation, with 17 years of clinical experience in diverse settings and a broad range of program development models, treatments, and modalities for restoring function and gaining functional independence.

Manish is a Consultant in the Wellington Hospital, Spinal Injuries and Rehabilitation Medicine at London SCIC and Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore.
He has special expertise in the management of complex spasticity, rehabilitation of spinal injured patients with MSCC/malignant tumors and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Vast experience in Spinal Trauma replacement surgery, and in Orthopaedics and Trauma units.

Liam Fitzgerald is the former CEO of UDG Healthcare plc, the leading international provider of clinical, commercial, communication, and packaging services to the healthcare industry.
Liam is credited with leading and integrating more than 30 acquisitions. Liam earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University College Dublin and his Master of business studies from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. He has additional executive education includes Harvard Business School for competition and strategy, as well as strategic finance and acquisitions, and UCLA’s Anderson School of Management for mergers and acquisitions.
